It has always been my greatest dream to illustrate books for children. When I start working on a new title, I constantly think about the following pages, frames and compositions, my sketchbook is covered with sketches, and all the characters come to life in the imagination. The first and most important reviewer of each new illustration is my beloved little daughter. And the moment I pick up a freshly printed copy of a book for the first time is just pure happiness. I have been working professionally with books for years - linguistically, design-wise and artistically. I was born and raised among a book collection worthy of a district library, in a family of bookworms. Art writing is difficult and demanding art (paradoxically, because every primary school student can do it.) That's why I was afraid for so long to come out of the drawer and finally illustrate my own text. My literary debut - "Kociol. The first astroMIAUt” - was published in October 2023.
